The COMPLAS COURSE fee is 575€ (Early bird fee). A 20% reduction in the course fee will be offered to participants to both the course and the COMPLAS 2025 Conference.

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early bird rates applicable if paid until April 15, 2025.

ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% deduction on the delegates fees.

Accompanying person (Welcome Cocktail and Gala dinner): 160 Euros. The fee is available in the registration process.

Students Registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.

Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the speaker during the advance period.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by May 15, 2025. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).

There will be no refund to the author registrants.
