The XVIII International Conference on Computational Plasticity. Fundamentals and Applications, COMPLAS 2025, will be from 2-5 September 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.The conference will be held at the auditorium of the Technical University of Catalunya (UPC), Vertex Building, Plaza Eusebi Güell 6, 08034 Barcelona, Spain, with modernized audio-visual facilities and very good connections to nearby hotels, the airport and the city center.

Silver Sponsor

A total sponsorship amount of 1.500 EUR

•  One full complimentary registration to the Conference
•    The Company's logo will appear in strategic locations through the foyer of the Conference.

Gold Sponsor

A total sponsorship amount of 3.000 EUR

•  One full complimentary registration to the Conference
•   10% discount in additional registrations.
•    The Company's logo will appear in strategic locations through the foyer of the Conference.
•  The company will be recognized on the Conference website and in the final program booklet.
•   The Gold sponsorship will include a "basic exhibitor space" free of charge free of charge including one table of 180 cm x 60 cm with a blue tablecloth and two chairs, a panel where you can display your posters/written material and access to electricity. Basic exhibitor spaces are located in Floor -1, stands 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.

Platinum Sponsor

A total sponsorship amount of 6.000 EUR

•  Two full complimentary registration to the Conference
•   20% discount in additional registrations.
•    The Company's logo will appear in strategic locations through the foyer of the Conference.
•  The company will be recognized on the Conference website and in the final program booklet.
•  The Platinum sponsorship will include a "premium exhibitor space" free of charge including two tables of 180 cm x 120 cm with a blue tablecloth and two chairs, a panel where you can display your posters/written material and access to electricity. Premium exhibitor spaces are located in Main Floor, stand 1, and in Floor -1, stand 3 and stands 4+5.

The complimentary registration includes Congress documentation, free access to the social events (Welcome Reception and Congress Banquet) and to the refreshments offered during the coffee breaks. Participation with a paper to the Technical Sessions requires the standard submission of an abstract for approval by the Congress Scientific Committee.

Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees do not include taxes. Taxes only apply to Spain.

Exhibition Area

The exhibition area will be located in the Vertex Building on the Main Floor next to the Secretariat Desk as well as in the Floor -1 just in front of the Auditorium.
